File your claim on the official site → Takes you to Eisner Advisory Group LLC — filing is free.
What happened
An October 2024 cyberattack on cannabis retailer STIIIZY's systems (disclosed January 2025) exposed personal and health-related information of about 387,000 people. STIIIZY agreed to a $2.95 million settlement.
Who qualifies
People whose personally identifiable or private health information was accessed or stolen in the October 2024 STIIIZY breach (generally those who received a breach notice); California residents form a subclass receiving double shares.
How much you could get
Pro rata cash payment with no documentation (California class members get double share), OR up to $7,500 for documented losses; plus 2 years of credit monitoring with $1M identity theft insurance
Rule of thumb: individual payouts shrink as more people file. Funds first pay attorneys' fees and costs (typically 25–35%), then split the rest among valid claims.
