What happened
A May 2024 cyberattack on Circle K franchisee Gas Express accessed files containing names, Social Security numbers, and other private information (largely of employees and associates). A class settlement provides cash payments and credit monitoring.
Who qualifies
US residents who were sent notice by Gas Express that their private information was compromised in the May 2024 data incident (this is not a settlement for ordinary Circle K shoppers).
